Whether you’re arriving solo or coordinating for a group, I ensure a smooth transition from air to island. --- Typical Duration • 30–45 minutes — curbside pickup or drop-off • 1–2 hours — baggage claim assistance, multi-stop coordination, or group arrivals • 3+ hours — extended coordination, multiple guests, or VIP handling --- Pricing • $145 per transfer • $225 for multi-stop or extended coordination • + $50–$75 for after-hours, holiday, or last-minute requests --- Add-Ons • + $35 for chilled bottled water and welcome lei • + $50 for baggage handling and porter coordination • + $100 for VIP arrival prep (welcome lei, porter, additional stop)
Cancellation Policy
Concierge Service Policy We provide Big Island Hawaii concierge services 24/7 with a goal of responding within 1 hour. Pricing is available in hourly and flat-rate options, and we do not charge administrative fees. Requests scheduled within 24 hours of service are non-refundable. All services are confirmed only after you receive a direct confirmation from us (“true confirmation”). Service availability is subject to vendor/venue conditions, weather, road closures, and other factors beyond our control.
